Pictures and highlights from 2015...

Cutie Caleb played club soccer this year. He was on Utah Surf's team
Caleb always wants the brightest most obnoxious cleats we can find.

Caleb turned 8! My baby is growing up! :(
and was baptized...

Caleb with his cousins (Brit and Craig's kids) Check out the grin on Bentley! So cute! He and Caleb are great friends! (Emma at the back, Avery in the pink, Caleb and Bentley)
Grandpa Doug and Granny with Caleb

Yes, that is Caleb in the afro. For some reason he was dead set on wearing that wig for the Halloween sing at Westfield. I think he has an Iron Man costume on with it. Go figure? Love the sunglasses too! Ha Ha! Notice how everyone else looks normal :)

Westfield Elementary Christmas program....(Ryan on the back row, 2nd from the right)
We found this hat at H&M and had to buy it because Ryan is angry a lot! Ha!
He's a glass half empty kind of kid. We are working on that!
Much better! Love his handsome smile!
Ethan and Cy's 6th grade teacher, Mrs. Downs, puts on Shakespeares Hamlet every year. Ethan was the king and Cy was something I can't remember right now...I think that was a first for Ethan and I'm guessing a last. :) They did have fun though!

Love that handsome boy right there in the middle!
Ethan was awarded for his high scores on National tests and straight A's. That boy is smart!
School is a piece of cake for him. Definitely got Scott's brain.
DisneyWorld boat ride!
Here's our very attractive captain
Ethan and Ireland got to drive a mini boat all by themselves
Ethan and Ryan on the ferry ride from Fort Wilderness Lodge resort to the amusement park. We loved staying in the DisneyWorld resort area. It was so easy to get around.

My mom and Doug came to DisneyWorld with us. They were troopers and kept up pretty good. They are in their early 70's...pretty impressive! They went on all the crazy rides too!
Ireland
Scott, Me and Caleb on the ferry
The traditional picture at the entrance of the park.

Got to have a picture with the army guy from Toy Story
The weather was awesome the whole time we were there (first week of June). It was cloudy so we didn't melt in the hot sun. It only rained one evening.
Does Ryan look worn out? Ha! He makes sure to be grumpy for at least a little bit of most days :)
Ireland is a daddy's girl for sure.
Fort Wilderness Lodge pool
Nice sunburn on Ethan. Do you think he was wearing a tank top?
Relaxing after a long fun day!
Our last day at Disney World we went to Animal Kingdom. We loved the Expedition Everest ride that they are standing in front of and the Safari in the picture below

On to another summer vacation...We had the Hacking Reunion at Zion's National Park...

We all stayed at this huge house in Orderville, just outside the East entrance to Zion's National Park
Hiking in Zion's
Riverside trail
Ireland and cousin Chase
My handsome hubby
Taking a rest at the end of the Emerald Pools upper trail in Zion's

These two always get along...ha! At least they do sometimes!
The barn in the back is along the Murdock Canal trail that Lorenne and I ride our bikes on 3 times a week for 6 months of the year. It's an awesome paved trail right along the mountain. We love this barn that we've passed a million times so we thought we'd take family pictures there this year.
Christmas picture 2015

Lorenne and I also bike up to Bridal Veil Falls a couple times a month during the summer and fall. We hop on the Murdock Canal trail in Highland and take it to 800 N. in Orem and then hook onto the Provo River Trail up to Bridal Veil Falls.

2015 school year, first day of school
Ethan started 7th grade at Timberline Middle School.
Ireland started 10th grade at Lone Peak High School
Caleb started 3rd grade at Westfield Elementary
Ryan started 5th grade at Westfield Elementary

We hiked the Y on Labor Day. Did I mention how the kids love to hike? Ha! They are good sports about it though for at least the first 5 minutes :)
Me and Caleb
Scott, Me, Ryan, Caleb, Ethan, and cousin Josh sitting on the Y.
The view from the Y of a good looking guy and the Provo valley :)
Sitting on the Y

Here's the Hacking side of the family with Donny Osmond! He is in the gray shirt. We had to get a picture with him but I tried to be discreet, hence the blurry picture.
How funny to see him on our hike to the Y!
Ethan's 13th birthday! Love him!

For Fall Break we went to St. George again and decided to hike the Narrows in Zion's National Park. The water was ice cold but it was so beautiful and so much fun! Our feet eventually thawed out...
Ryan, Cam, Caleb, Ethan, Me, Ireland
Lorenne (far left) and Cam came with us. Rob and the others met us in St. George later that week.
We had to hike Snow Canyon again while we were in St. George. We ended up hiking several trails and 6 miles in total. Oops!  We had to do some serious sweet talking to get the kids to go another hike the next day.

Does Ethan look thrilled or what?!
We found another cool crevice in Snow Canyon

On to Halloween!
Caleb as Captain America and Ryan as some sort of Star Wars guy (Kylo Ren?)
Ethan and his friends thought they'd be super funny dressing up as Ninja Turtles
What is fall without Football? Ethan plays center. So there he is with his hand on the ball.
They were undefeated all season (and were undefeated the two previous years)

Unfortunately, they lost in the championship game (all 3 years!)
Ryan also played his first season of tackle football
Here's Ryan's team...his coach was Bryce Doman who played for BYU
(on the far right right behind Ryan)

There are 11 pools in our neighborhood of 3 streets so we are lucky enough to get to swim at neighbors pools regularly during the summer. This is Hannemann's pool above
and Kendall's pool below. Love the huge swan!
Check out Caleb's face
Cute brothers! Sometimes it's just easier to dress them the same

Ryan was lucky enough to go to a BYU game with his cousin Cam (the crazy in the middle) and friend Griffin (left)
Griff, Cam, Ryan, and Ethan Jensen

Ryan played soccer along with tackle football in the fall. He was on a team with Griffin and Cam

Caleb played futsol in the winter months with his Utah Surf team
Ireland made the dance company at Lone Peak High School which was pretty amazing since she hasn't taken many dance classes. She worked hard though and taught herself along with taking a few private lessons. Here she is with Scott at her Christmas dance concert.
Caleb and Ryan out sledding with some friends.
Briner side get together at my mom's. Here's all the cousins.
We have Sunday dinner at her house once a month.
And the Hacking side get together at our house happens every couple of months...Lance and Steph and family moved back to Utah from Austin, Texas so we get to see them more now. Yay!
A few more hiking pictures...

I think this was a hike in Zion's

And another in Snow Canyon
This is in St. George on top of a cliff by the crevice. Love this view over the valley
Ireland
Ireland and her friend Sarah at their choir concert

Ireland's 2nd year at EFY (with Sarah...not sure what's going on with the person in the back?)
Ireland's EFY group above and her counselors below

The guys and girls in her group

Another great counselor
